Shipping and Handling

• Preferably we deliver to consumers by Deutsche Post / DHL. It is for your convenience to be able to pick up the package at your local post office in case you are not home when the package is delivered.
• To business customers we prefer to ship via UPS.

Products which we keep in stock should be ready for shipping within 24 hours. For the intrastate transport you should calculate one to two days. The processing status of your order can be checked online (login with email and password). If delivery problems should occur, you will be informed by email or phone.

Cash on delivery is only available for German addresses. If you choose cash on delivery you must pay an additional 6,26 Euro. We charge 4,26 Euro including 19% sales tax (MwSt) and the postal service charges 2 Euro on delivery.

We also deliver to Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, UK, Poland, and other European countries. You can find the costs for foreign deliveries here. If the order is shipped to Switzerland or other non-EU-countries, the German sales tax (MwSt) of 19% will not be charged, but there might be customs duty fees instead. VAT-ID numbers will be accounted for.
